Accomplish Today's client is looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join their client dynamic & award winning team, due to continued growth. You’ll be the first point of contact for their customers and clients, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys problem-solving with a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve complaints and provide accurate information about the market leading service
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell products or services where appropriate.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs (e.g., response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction scores).
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1+ years in customer service or call centre roles (fresh graduates with relevant skills considered).
  • Excellent verbal/written communication.
  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Patience and empathy when handling frustrated customers.
  • The ability to build rapport.
