You’ll be the first point of contact for their customers and clients, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve complaints and provide accurate information about the market leading service
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell products or services where appropriate.
- Meet or exceed KPIs (e.g., response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction scores).
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ years in customer service or call centre roles (fresh graduates with relevant skills considered).
- Excellent verbal/written communication.
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Patience and empathy when handling frustrated customers.
- The ability to build rapport.
