Location: Cardiff                        Salary: £22,369.35 – £24,300, Depending on ExperienceContract: 37.5 hours per weekHours: Monday – Friday

Here at NewLaw Solicitors, we have an exciting opportunity for customer service focused individuals to join our ever growing team as a Case Manager.  You will be joining one of the fastest growing law firms in the UK, which is home to exceptionally talented and passionate professionals dedicated to achieving the best for our clients.

Working within our Fast Track Team, you will be tasked with working on a variety of cases; ranging from small claims and uninsured losses, up to serious injuries sustained from road traffic accidents or workplace injuries, while keeping client care at the forefront of your work at all time.

What’s in it for you?

Salary- £22,369.35 - £24,300 per annum depending on experience, plus the potential to boost your salary by up to £2,500 per annum

Annual leave- 24 days, rising to 26 with length of service. Of course, you’ll have public holidays too and we’ll even help you celebrate with an extra day off for your birthday!

About you

  • Passionate about customer service and providing an excellent service either in a contact centre or retail / hospitality setting.
  • You have experience in either claims or personal injury setting.
  • Proven effective time management and organisational skills within a task-based environment.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, dealing with clients, colleagues, and suppliers via all contact methods.
