We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our clients growing business. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our customer service function, ensuring clients and customers receive a first-class experience every time.
Key Responsibilities

- Drive performance through clear objectives, KPIs, and regular coaching.
- Act as the escalation point for complex or sensitive customer queries.
- Implement new processes, systems, and best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and senior management to improve the overall customer journey.
- Analyse service metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
