Location: Kensington, London (fully in-office, 5 days per week)

Your Impact
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Manage the founder’s diary: schedule meetings, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Organise travel arrangements, prepare meeting materials, and help maintain efficient workflows.
- Act as a key point of contact, facilitating seamless communication and operations.
Customer Service Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries promptly and with empathy—via email, phone, or online channels.
- Provide clear, accurate information and assist customers in navigating services quickly and effectively.
- Ensure every customer experience feels helpful and human.
