Job Specification: Customer Service & Executive Assistant (Office-Based, Kensington)

Location: Kensington, London (fully in-office, 5 days per week)

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum

Your Impact

Executive Assistant Responsibilities

  • Manage the founder’s diary: schedule meetings, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Organise travel arrangements, prepare meeting materials, and help maintain efficient workflows.
  • Act as a key point of contact, facilitating seamless communication and operations.

Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries promptly and with empathy—via email, phone, or online channels.
  • Provide clear, accurate information and assist customers in navigating services quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure every customer experience feels helpful and human.
