Join our team as a Customer Service Advisor and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively communicating with clients and suppliers regarding waste services. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments.
  • Understand and respond to client queries, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Manage daily tasks, ensuring all issues are resolved by day's end.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and correspondence.
  • Handle email inquiries and process customer credits when applicable.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as directed by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
