Join our team as a Customer Service Advisor and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively communicating with clients and suppliers regarding waste services. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments.
- Understand and respond to client queries, escalating issues as necessary.
- Manage daily tasks, ensuring all issues are resolved by day's end.
- Maintain accurate customer records and correspondence.
- Handle email inquiries and process customer credits when applicable.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as directed by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
