This is a fully office-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Process incoming orders, returns, and general account queries
- Update and maintain accurate records on CRM and order management systems
- Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and finance to resolve customer queries
- Handle delivery issues, product enquiries, and service complaints in a professional manner
- Support account managers and provide administrative support as required
- Continuously look for ways to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction
Key Requirements
- Experience in a customer service, administration, or sales support role
- Strong communication skills with a polite, helpful, and professional manner
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
- Strong organisational skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service
Desirable:
- Experience using CRM or ERP/order processing systems
- Background in a manufacturing, distribution, or product-based industry
