- Manage client enquiries via email and phone

- Complete high volumes of important administrative tasks

Skills & Experience:The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous call handling, call centre, or customer support experience
- Be able to support customers from start to finish
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Be comfortable multitasking under pressure
- Have strong administration skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office
