Customer Service - Major Recruitment : Job Details

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Officer working full time Monday - Thursday 8.45am -4.45pm & Fridays 8.45 - 4.00pm on a temporary basis up to 12 months paying £12.62ph - £13.50ph depending on experience.

Responsibilities of a customer services Officer:

• Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls
• Logging customer’s requirements
• Providing administrative and clerical support
