Customer Service French Speaking - Reed : Job Details

FULLY REMOTE MONDAY - FRIDAY !

URGENTLY SEEKING FRENCH SPEAKING CANDIDATES! My client is looking for a candidates who can speak French with excellent customer service experience, happy to be on the phone dealing with any questions and queries, taking on leads and building a relationship with customers and clients.

• Role: Customer Service/sales
• Salary: £15.00  an hour
• Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30
• REMOTE WORKING FROM HOME
• Temporary for 3-4 weeks
• Must be able to speak French

  Duties: 

• ?The primary role of the Lead Response Rep is to react to our customer’s needs promptly and to give them a great experience  when reaching out to company.

• ?Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer contact to meet or exceed required daily sales activities.
• Maintain a 3x transparent pipeline in Salesforce.
• Excellent at analysing sales data and applying it to drive the sales process
