This expanding local organisation are currently seeking a confident and ambitious Customer Service Executive to join their highly professional sales team and take responsibility for a wide range of administrative tasks.

Some of your duties will include:

• Providing all-round administrative and customer service support in a busy Sales Department
• Liaising with clients over the telephone to establish their requirements and recommend suitable products
• Taking orders from customers and ensuring stock is available to meet order requirements
• Inputting customer orders on computer system and co-ordinating delivery schedules
• Checking with clients after the delivery of orders to ensure they are happy with the service provided
• Maintaining computerised client database system and ensuring information held is kept up to date at all times
