Customer Service Executive – Contract Management FTC 12month ?? Office-based in Slough (SL1 4AA) | ?? Full-time, Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a proactive and professional Customer Service Executive to join our team in Slough. This role is central to managing customer contracts, handling lifecycle queries, and ensuring smooth end-of-contract processes. ?? Key Purpose

  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely support to customers.
  • Manage queries via email and phone, ensuring successful resolution.
  • Deliver a professional and engaging front-of-house experience.

?? Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from drivers, fleet contacts, and Franchisee partners.
  • Resolve issues directly where possible, maintaining ownership of escalated cases.
  • Provide accurate information to reduce queries and complaints.
  • Execute client-specific tasks within agreed SLAs.
  • Use LeasePlan systems and tools effectively.
  • Build rapport and trust with our customer base.

?? Skills & Experience

  • A-level education or equivalent.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Previous customer-facing experience.
  • Calm and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to service excellence.
