We’re looking for a proactive and professional Customer Service Executive to join our team in Slough. This role is central to managing customer contracts, handling lifecycle queries, and ensuring smooth end-of-contract processes. ?? Key Purpose
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely support to customers.
- Manage queries via email and phone, ensuring successful resolution.
- Deliver a professional and engaging front-of-house experience.
?? Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from drivers, fleet contacts, and Franchisee partners.
- Resolve issues directly where possible, maintaining ownership of escalated cases.
- Provide accurate information to reduce queries and complaints.
- Execute client-specific tasks within agreed SLAs.
- Use LeasePlan systems and tools effectively.
- Build rapport and trust with our customer base.
?? Skills & Experience
- A-level education or equivalent.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Previous customer-facing experience.
- Calm and professional telephone manner.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to service excellence.
