Customer Service Exec - Huntingdon - 24,000 / 25,000
ALH Recruitment are looking for a Customer Service Exec / Key Account Support to join their team based at their Huntingdon Head Office.
Customer Service Exec:
The role will heavily rely on a positive, customer service focused individual who thrives in fast paced environment. Day to day involvement with Customer Service Team, Transport Team, Sales Support Team and most importantly our customers. Ensuring the customer has the ultimate experience where they can, with various administrative tasks from taking and booking on orders, managing enquiries, helping with invoice queries, tickets requests, portal use, reports, inboxes, raising purchase orders etc.
Responsibilities:
- Always maintaining a professional standard whilst working in a fast-paced business
- Constant attention to detail and ability to work in a fast pace high pressure environment
- Answering/making external and internal calls providing a high level of customer service, following the customer call quality framework
- Being willing to learn about the group to ensure all enquiries can be dealt with or passed to correct department efficiently
- Setting up companies and individual site contacts on the portal
- Reviewing and monitoring customers’ accounts and spend, providing ad-hoc reports when requested
- Processing customer orders onto the relevant booking systems
- Logging and investigating invoice queries and ticket requests
- Collating incoming sales enquiries via email, phone and through sales representatives
- Inbox management for Sales across various inboxes, ensuring responses to quotes, queries and orders are in our SLAs as and when required
- Generating and issuing monthly customer waste reports
- Identify cross selling and up-selling opportunities and gather further information on enquiries.
- General administration duties including report production, data analysis, completing supplier/ subcontractor questionnaires, scanning, producing proformas, organising tickets, printing, and filing
- Any ad hoc duties issued by Key Account Manager
Key Skills:
- Computer literate & Microsoft Office Skills
- Flexibility to get tasks completed as needed with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive personality and self-motivator
- Ability to work under instruction whilst using own initiative where necessary
- Highly organised with a polite and confident telephone manner
