Customer Service Executive£27,000 - £30,000 + Bonus | Longfield, Kent | Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days homeAre you a proactive and customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, technical environment? We are working with a leading manufacturer that supplies cutting-edge safety systems across the UK – and they’re looking to expand their team with a Customer Service Executive.The Role
  • Acting as the first point of contact for a key group of business customers
  • Coordinating fittings, quotes, returns, and contract rollouts
  • Maintaining systems and CRM to keep all records up to date and accurate
  • Working closely with internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Operations) and third parties to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Supporting the wider team with order processing, technical admin, and coordination
Essential Skillset
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a customer service or account support role
  • B2B experience is highly desirable
  • Confidence using systems (Navision/CRM experience is ideal but not essential)

Package
  • £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
  • Annual bonus
  • Hybrid working – 3 days in office, 2 days from home
  • Monday – Friday – 8:30am – 5:30pm
