Customer Service Executive

Hayes, Middlesex

£26,500 + Pension + Parking

This is a first class opportunity for an energetic Customer Service Executive to join a prestigious local organisation where there will be plenty of opportunity to progress, you will be joining a very successful team of people who like to have fun!!

Some of your duties will include:

- Providing all round support in the Customer Service Department and assisting with day to day activities

- Dealing with customer enquiries and ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times

- Inputting customer orders onto the computer system and tracking progress through to successful delivery

- Investigating any delivery issues that occur liaising with external delivery contractors

- Sending out regular sales and marketing literature and co-ordinating the delivery of product samples when required

- Maintaining the CRM customer database system and updating information held on a daily basis
