We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our clients team in Macclesfield As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and have strong communication skills.
Hours: 8am until 5pm - Monday to Thursday, 8am until 1:45pm - Friday.
Duties:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving any customer feedback, particularly if an issue needs quick resolution
- Knowing our products and services so that you can answer questions
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Provide a point of contact / link between customer and production
- Register sales orders on Sage
- Offer quotes to customers
- Update daily log - notify customers of shipping details
- Support commercial team with sample requests / quotes / production etc
- All other reasonable duties as may be assigned
- This is a full time, office based role, working within a small dynamic team
- Knowledge and Experience
Other duties:
- Experience within the business or other suitable customer service roles
- Efficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience of Sage 50 is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong relationship building, negotiating and administration skills
- High attention to detail with excellent organisation skills
- Knowledge and interest in sports apparel
- Exercises personal professionalism and sense of accountability
- Thrives on working within team-based environment

- Must be detail oriented
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, deadline driven environment
