My client is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support their European operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer service and administration who is fluent in Dutch or French. You will be instrumental in providing exceptional service over the phone and coordinating effective solutions within our UK operations team.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide high-quality customer service via phone and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with the UK operations team to determine the best assistance for customers.
- Follow up on solutions and report outcomes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve customer enquiries efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service and/or administration.
- Fluency in Dutch or French
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computer software and technology for communication and reporting.
