Customer Service Coordinator (6 month contract)
- Six-month contract (with potential to extend)
- Hybrid - office in Godalming 3 days a week
The role is an important role to the business assisting B2B & B2C customers and consumers to provide a high level of customer service and looking after sales orders from receipt to delivery. As a vital cog in the business, high attention to detail and flexibility is important, whilst always offering a high level of customer service.
Ideal profile:
- Experience working within a sales or customer service environment
- Experience of coordinating customer orders, manging deliveries and liaising between internal teams and external providers
- Experience communicating with customers and resolving queries and issues
- Excellent communication skills with the internal team.
- Be process driven, follow existing processes and offer improvements
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office and business IT systems. It would be great if you have working knowledge of Excel pivot tables and report presentations,
The role:
- Be the central point of contact for B2B customers and sales team, stock allocation, scheduling and delivery of sales orders
- Update stock levels or delivery requirements to customers or sales account managers
- First point of contact for ecommerce consumers for enquiries, questions and queries regarding orders, deliveries and returns,
- Working closely with the warehouse team to ensure orders are received and scheduled
- Running sales invoicing processes after despatch or orders
- Liaising with accounts team to ensure invoices are accurately captured
- Booking in stock received at warehouse
- Producing weekly sales reports for sales and head office team
Benefits:
- Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on profile
- 11 days leave (based on 12 months pro rata) excluding Bank Holidays
