Sheridan Ward is excited to be recruiting for a well-established company based in Stockley Park, they are looking for a Customer Service Coordinatorto join their outgoing and friendly team! This role is ideal for someone who as previously worked with different customers and has good knowledge of processing orders

They are looking for someone who is customer focused and that has excellent communication skills.

Do you have previous customer service skills? Do you have previous sales support experience? Are you a good team player? Have you previously used SAP?

Customer Service Coordinator duties:

• Dealing with customers’ accounts
• Calling customers regarding orders
• Processing orders in the system
• Liaising with suppliers
• Ensure sales orders and invoices are entered accurately onto the system
