About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a customer service environment, ideally handling inbound enquiries and order processing
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Confidence in using initiative and making decisions within company guidelines
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and a willingness to learn new systems
