• Monitor daily shipments to ensure timely collection and delivery.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Communicate with patients to coordinate collections and provide updates.
• Process booking requests and generate shipping documentation.
• Liaise with global and domestic teams to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with local service providers to ensure smooth logistics transfers.
• Maintain internal databases and manage project documentation.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries from customers and internal teams.
• Attend customer meetings and teleconferences as needed.

• Fluency in German is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
