Customer Service Assistant

Elstree, Hertfordshire

£28,000 Pension Parking

A Customer Service Assistant is required by this very established, highly progressive organisation who thrive on providing the best service possible to clients.

Some of your duties will include:

• Liaising extensively with clients on the telephone and taking details of jobs to be completed
• Setting up new jobs on computer system and allocating work to team of field based Engineers
• Informing clients when jobs are scheduled to be completed and tracking progress on computer system
• Producing and delivering job performance reports to the management team on a weekly basis
• Collating Engineers timesheets on a weekly basis, costing work completed and raising client sales invoices
• Maintaining computerised client database records and updating details held when necessary
