We’re working with a leading financial services provider based in Aylesbury, who are looking for a Customer Services Assistant to join their friendly and professional contact centre team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling inbound customer calls with professionalism and care
- Listening actively to understand customer needs and provide accurate information
- Following internal procedures to ensure quality and compliance
- Supporting ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Upholding FCA and PRA conduct standards and consumer duty responsibilities
