Customer Service Assistant

Edgware, Middlesex

£24,000 + Pension + Parking

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Customer Service Assistant at the start of their career to join a successful local Company who are currently expanding, you will be joining a supportive team who really enjoy their work.

Some of your duties will include:

- Working as part of the sales administration team and handling a wide range of customer enquiries

- Providing administrative support for the shipping sales team with processing client orders

- Creating accurate customer quotations within agreed timescales and following up if needed

- Responding to customer enquiries and liaising with sales team to resolve issues if necessary

- Sourcing pricing information from the sales team when required in relation to customer orders

- Providing information to customers on products provided and sending out marketing material
