Our client, a reputable and thriving company based in Banbury, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to support their dynamic team of five Customer Service Executives. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage correspondence via email, and letter, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
- Prepare and issue customer quotations using our ERP system.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM database with precise account and contact details.
- Support the Customer Service team with purchasing processes and stock control.
- Provide clerical and administrative support across various departments.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive attitude towards customer service.
- Strong teamwork capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP/CRM software.
