Location: Newcastle

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months and possible extension
• Pay Rate: £11- £13 per hour

Schedule: Rotational Shifts, 5 Days Onsite

A global financial services business in Newcastle is urgently seeking a Senior Customer Services Advisor to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for customer queries - helping them to resolve any issues they may have.

Requirements:

• Previous strong experience in a customer service role is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
