Job Purpose Overview

We’re on the lookout for an organised and customer-focused Scheduling & Logistics Coordinatore to join our busy Logistics Team at HSL Compliance.

Based at our Head Office in Ross-on-Wye, this full-time permanent position offers the opportunity to play a key role in our day-to-day operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients—providing excellent service and scheduling support to our field teams. Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Book and confirm appointments accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle client communications—primarily by phone, as well as email.
  • Input task details into internal systems with speed and precision.
  • Assist the Logistics Manager with commercial administration duties.
  • Process job updates and follow up on client queries promptly.
  • Coordinate with field teams to resolve onsite or logistical issues.
  • Ensure timely return of field reports in line with client SLAs.
  • Track urgent surveys to guarantee swift scheduling and resolution.
  • Accurately log non-conformities and complaints in the system.
  • Support the preparation of operational and commercial reports.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and quality management procedures.
  • Ensure responsible use and care of all equipment and materials
