EAC are working with a marketleading manufacturer in Banbury, who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team of 6. This growing company is known for being fast-paced, forward thinking, and committed to quality. They are a warm, welcoming Team that also offer bonus if KPI's are met!
On Offer for Customer Service Advisor:
- Basic Salary £23,000
- Bonus £5,000 - £10,000
- Office based Mon - Fri hours
- Early finish on a Friday (2:30pm)
- Regular Company Social Events
- 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increases due to length of service)
Duties for Customer Service Advisor:
You’ll be joining a friendly and driven team, supporting both customers and the sales function. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Building and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Preparing quotes and processing orders for new and repeat clients
- Estimating materials needed for projects
- Coordinating and sending out product samples
- Maintaining accurate records on the company’s CRM system
- Following up on enquiries to maximise sales opportunities
