You’ll be the voice of the business, helping customers via phone, email, and live chat with everything from questions to order updates and support.

• Delivering top-notch service across phone, email, and live chat.
• Troubleshooting issues and finding solutions that leave customers smiling.
• Using systems (CRM, telephony, case management) to keep everything running smoothly.
• Staying up to date with our products and processes.
• Working towards team goals
• Logging customer interactions accurately and professionally

? What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, call centres – we love them all!).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in speaking with people and solving problems.
• A positive, team-focused attitude.
• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
