£27k plus bonus up to £6k 

Sheridan ward is delighted to be recruiting for a busy role in Hayes. with a fun friendly and fast paced business. This role requires a new team member who has an experienced background in customer service or account management. 

If you enjoy building relationships with customers and making sure everything is running smoothly for customers, this would be ideal for you.

The team will provide full training however an excellent telephone manner, admin skills and previous office-based experience is a must. 

Customer Service Advisor duties:

• Make outbound calls to customers
• Deal with incoming calls that come in
• Make sure customers details are correct on the system
• Work closely with the sales team 
• Generating leads
