Reed are currently working with a fantastic company who specialise in the electric vehicle market, bringing one of the most affordable EV chargers to households across the UK. The business has ambitious growth plans and is growing its customer service team due to business demand.
Professional, proactive and personable, the new customer service advisor will join a dynamic team of individuals who are self-motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Role Responsibilities
- Dealing with customer calls and enquiries over the phone
- Proactively respond to customer email queries
- Taking ownership of individual enquiries and customer requests
- Work independently without close supervision
- Ability to meet agreed quality and performance targets
- Supporting the team to individually and collectively increase Trust Pilot and Google Review ratings
- Maintain/develop strong product knowledge to enable successful service calls to consumers,
- Build strong relationships with core customer base, becoming a familiar/trusted contact
- Liaise with sales managers regarding customer queries and order support
- Regularly monitor and review processes to ensure they are fit for purpose
- Maintain our reputation and drive confidence in our products and services
Requirements
- 1-year minimum experience in customer services/call centre
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrates customer service excellence both internally and externally
- Possesses commercial awareness in their decision-making and actions
- High level of integrity and trust
- Takes ownership with a proactive attitude
