Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage customer inboxes efficiently
- Respond to customer queries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy
- Problem-solve customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Upselling and cross-selling other products/services
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, building strong relationships

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous customer service experience
