Customer Service AdvisorSalary: £26,000 + BonusLocation: Hybrid – part office-based, part home-based (once fully proficient)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

  • Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm

  • 1-hour unpaid lunch break

About the Role

We are a wholesale distributor seeking a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team. Working closely with the Internal Sales and Sales Coordination departments, you will provide excellent customer service, manage incoming orders, and support key accounts. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who is looking to broaden their skills and take on greater responsibility.

You will report directly to the Operations General Manager and Sales Coordination Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing customer orders via telephone, email, fax, and online order portal

  • Handling customer queries relating to products, order status, collections, and accounts receivable

  • Preparing quotations and managing requests for special products

  • Maintaining and updating CRM with pricing information and customer notes

  • Coordinating projects and ensuring excellent customer care for designated key accounts

Training & Support

Full in-house training will be provided, covering company processes and computer systems to ensure you are fully confident in the role.

The successful candidate will have a background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to work. You’ll enjoy working as part of a small, busy team and take pride in delivering excellent service.
