The Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries, offering support, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high service standards and representing the business in a professional, helpful manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or in person
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Provide product and service information
- Accurately update customer records and log interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in customer service or a related role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A friendly, approachable, and professional manner
