Our client based is a leading manufacturer based on the outskirts of Tutbury, they strive to put their customers at the heart of everything they do. They have a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their thriving team on a temporary basis.

General duties:

• Order processing and order management in a timely detailed manner
• Telephone enquiries and customer service calls
• Appointment planning with clients
• Dealing with customer complaints
• Liaison with production team, sales and operations teams
• Pricing for individual accounts by collating all information from a central location
• Managing own workload while also using shared sales inboxes

Due to the nature of the business you will need an empathetic approach to customer needs.
