We are working with our client based in Burgess Hill, seeking a professional and personable Customer Service Advisor to join their team.This role is crucial to ensuring an outstanding customer experience from the initial enquiry through to after-sales support. You'll be responsible for managing communications, processing orders, and providing an exceptional level of service to both new and existing customers.The Role
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing crash part and online orders
- Coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations
- Managing post-installation follow-ups and issue resolution
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting general service functions
The Candidate
- Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A professional, proactive, and team-focused attitude
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
The Package
- Salary starting from £25,500pa DOE
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
