You'll communicate with customers through various channels including our website, price comparison platforms, and over the phone to provide non-advised, regulated support and handle complex queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers via phone, web, and other media channels

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and external partners

  • Understand and assess customers’ current and future insurance needs

  • Research and understand various insurance products and policies

  • Expertly offer and explain our insurance offerings

  • Arrange and amend insurance cover and process premium collections

  • Manage policy renewals and updates

  • Maintain accurate digital records and handle general administrative tasks

  • Stay informed on insurance market trends and developments

  • Contribute ideas for business improvements and operational efficiencies

  • Train and mentor new or less experienced team members

  • Generate performance reports for customer service operations

  • Assist marketing efforts and contribute to social media engagement

  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador

About You
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role

  • A reliable team player with strong time management skills

  • Confident handling customer interactions both online and by phone

  • Quick-thinking and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Natural problem solver with a proactive mindset
