I am currently recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor to join my client based in Southampton City. This is a part time role offering between 10-25hrs per week. We are open to experience, for the right person fit! The right person is someone that wants to be part of a fantastic team, with unlimited progression routes, that is; proactive, polite, builds rapport easily and represents the business to the highest standards. You will be offered full support and training Duties of Customer support include:
- Liaising with customers and third parties via written and verbal communication methods
- Maintaining product knowledge to answer customer queries
- maintaining internal working relationships with other teams through effective communication

- Ability to work in a lively environment
- Computer literate
