Customer Service Advisor - Pertemps Bristol Commercial : Job Details

Our established client has an opening for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.Bristol based - with option to work remotely approx. 3 days per week (flexibility required as some weeks you will need to be office based more often).Fantastic office space with excellent onsite facilities!Full time hours - Monday - Friday 08.30 - 5.00 pm with an hour for lunchSalary - £24,000 - £25,000 per annum (depending on level of experience)Amazing company benefits on offer, including:

The RoleWorking as part of a small, dynamic team, your responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer delivery to clients.Daily duties will involve:

• Liaising with key clients via telephone and email, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently, and within an appropriate timeframe
• Processing and supporting with orders, liaising with warehouse staff to track orders
• Supporting with any delivery issues or service challenges
• Keeping clients updated and informed
• Managing the Customer Service inbox, ensuring this is cleared on a daily basis
