Customer Service Advisor – Dinnington – £24,000 Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a growing business based in Dinnington who are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team. You will be joining a leading distributer who prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service. Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Taking phone calls and live chat conversations from existing and potential customers
• Accurately processing customer orders
• Managing customer emails
• Providing advice and guidance on products, whilst delivering exceptional customer service (training will be provided)
• Taking payments over the phone and dealing with queries
• Consulting with other departments

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a similar role providing a consultative service
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong collaborator
