Customer Service Advisor - Reed : Job Details

 My successful, family run client are looking to recruit a bright, enthusiastic and pro-active Customer Service Advisor to support the customer service process on a temporary basis for the next 6 months.

This is a busy, customer service role and requires someone who is able to work flexibly and prioritise to ensure business and customer needs are met.This role requires a motivated candidate who enjoys engaging with customers and is able to proactively upsell to ensure client spending potential is maximised at every opportunity.

Details:• Salary: £24,000-£26,000• Hours 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Key duties:

• Engaging with customers• Dealing with all aftersales of the business efficiently• Follow up on quotes for orders• Inputting orders into the ERP system• identify sales opportunities and communicate to relevant colleagues• building and maintaining great client relationships• upselling to existing clients

Experience:• 1 year in a customer service/sales role in an office environment• Excellent MS Office skills• The ability to pick things up quickly• Excellent attention to detail
