Our client, a reputable and growing organisation in the is on the lookout for a Customer Service Administrator who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into hands-on tasks!

The Role:As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customer queries, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. In addition to your administrative duties, there will be times when you'll assist with handling and moving products in the warehouse so a reasonable level of physical fitness is essential.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Processing orders and maintaining accurate customer records
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery
  • Unpacking and organising stock, assisting with goods-in/goods-out
  • Performing general office administration and support tasks

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service

  • Comfort with lifting and manual handling as part of daily tasks
