Customer Service AdministratorLocation: Crick Hours: Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00Contract: Ongoing until Christmas Pay: £13 p/h Role Overview:We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Administrator to support our team. The role will primarily focus on general administrative duties, including reconciling PODs (Proof of Delivery) and handling customer queries in a professional and timely manner.Key Responsibilities:
- Reconciling and checking PODs.
- Responding to and resolving customer queries.
- General administrative support for the department.
- Covering additional shifts for weekends/holidays when required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in administration or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
