If you’re a detail-oriented professional with a passion for service and efficiency, this could be the perfect next step in your career.What You’ll Be Doing:As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of UK and Eire-based customer accounts. Your responsibilities will be a blend of data entry, communication, and account management — all vital to ensuring smooth operations and top-tier service.Key tasks include:
  • Accurately entering high volumes of customer orders into the ERP system, including EDI submissions
  • Managing key accounts and market areas to ensure timely order dispatch and fulfilment
  • Acting as the main point of contact for your customers, building relationships and resolving queries efficiently
  • Running and submitting reports related to order progress, stock availability, and outstanding items
  • Preparing and submitting electronic data to customer B2B platforms to ensure seamless deliveries
  • Providing team support and account cover during staff absences
  • Maintaining clear, tidy, and efficient working practices in line with company health & safety and housekeeping standards
Who We’re Looking For: You’ll thrive in this role if you:
  • Have strong administrative experience, ideally in a customer service or supply chain environment
  • Are confident with ERP systems and comfortable managing large volumes of data
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Are proactive, organised, and able to manage competing deadlines
