  • Office Based:  Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm
  • Salary £13.17 per hour

My client based in Welwyn Garden City, is actively seeking a proactive and compassionate Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team. This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated to providing empathetic support and prioritises care and understanding in every customer interaction. This is an ongoing temporary position with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage outbound calls to arrange servicing or repairs, ensuring customer needs are met with compassion.
  • Efficiently coordinate logistics to arrange deliveries.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and occasionally by phone.
  • Complete all administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Uphold data integrity within our systems, focusing on confidentiality and meticulousness.
  • Full training will be provided to ensure success in the role.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A genuine passion for assisting others and a desire to provide top-notch customer service.
  • Fantastic communication skills and a reassuring phone presence.
  • Ability to be proactive and think outside the box.
  • A detail-oriented approach to all tasks.
  • Must hold a DBS or be willing to undertake a DBS check.
  • Previous customer care experience is highly desirable.
