Eaton Syalon are working in partnership with a engineering business based in Tuxford, to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous office-based experience in a customer-facing environment, looking to take the next step in their career. Previous experience within a administration/customer support role is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
• Processing customer orders and updating internal systems accurately
• Providing administrative support to the wider team, including reporting and filing
• Managing documentation and ensuring records are maintained
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintaining excellent communication with customers throughout the process

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous office-based experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to supporting others
