- Liaising with service engineers to coordinate appointments and schedules
- Managing and booking service diaries efficiently
- Communicating regularly with end users to provide updates and support
- Handling and resolving customer queries with professionalism and care
- Updating service records and maintaining accurate information
- Preparing reports and supporting general administrative tasks
What we’re looking for:
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Sage (beneficial, but not essential)
- A proactive, professional, and customer-first attitude
- Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
