Business Administrator – Kinning Park
Salary £24000 - £28000 DOE
Are you an experienced Administrator with excellent Customer Service skills? We are currently recruiting for a Business Administrator to join a successful team in Rutherglen.
The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, someone who has the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment, where accuracy and attention to detail are key.
Key Responsibilities include...
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally and in a timely manner
- Provide a pro-active approach to customer service
- Provide administrative support to our sales team to maximising their productivity
- Learning our order process system
- Create quotations
- Process orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage customer expectations throughout the order process, making them aware of any extended lead times
- Work with customers to progress orders, arranging payments and sending order confirmations
- Check the progress of orders with suppliers and our inhouse production to ensure customers are aware of any delays immediately
- Client record housekeeping

- Computer literate with good Excel and Outlook skills
