Salary : £23,000 - £25,500

We are currently working with a client based in Rochdale who provide household cleaning solutions. They have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm with some flexibility.

Key Duties:

Reporting to the Marketing Director you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Be the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints
  • Providing explanations of products to customers, including features, usage instructions, to ensure they have a thorough understanding and can make informed purchasing decisions
  • Keeping a record of all tracking information
  • Processing refunds/sending out replacement products
  • General administrative duties

Profile:

  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Need to have experience within a customer service role
  • Strong IT skills
  • Beneficial to have experience with CRM systems
