?? The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting customers across a range of industrial sectors including aerospace, automotive, energy, and more. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient order processing, proactive communication, and problem-solving.

??? Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries and process purchase orders promptly and accurately.
  • Take ownership of allocated customer accounts, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Handle inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to follow up on quotations and orders.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including finance, production, and logistics to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and data in CRM and ERP systems.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying and suggesting process enhancements.
  • Deputise for the Customer Service Supervisor in operational meetings when required.
  • Promote and adhere to Health & Safety standards within the department.

? What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a customer service or internal sales role, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
  • High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering results.

Salary : 25000 - 26000
